In my W-2 Box 14, there is a $2,807.81 with DQDIS in it. What's DQDIS? Which category is for DQDIS?

Enter  "Other - not classified" or  "Other – not on above list". Your entry here will not affect your ability to e-file or your tax calculation.

Employers can put just about anything in box 14; it's a catch-all for items that don't have their own dedicated box on the W-2.

If you don't see a category in the TurboTax list that matches your W-2 entry (DQDIS), don’t worry. We'll figure out if it impacts your return or not. If we need more information, we'll ask you.

For more information about this entry, see In my box 14 on w2 it says "DQDIS 1233.66". This is for an employee stock purchase plan.  You do not have to report it on your tax return now unless you sold the stock-- this will be your basis (how much you paid) when you sell the stock so it is a good idea to keep this until then and make sure it matches what you have on your broker statements.
