In 2020 i no longer had any shares of stock in buckeye partners, but you are wanting me to fillout a sch k-1, how can i proceed without that?

In 2019, you would have filed a final k-1 showing that you no longer  were a part of Buckeye.

If you did not, then you should be filing a 2020 showing the disposition. You can delete the form if it is not necessary in 2020. See How to Delete
