If I want to do my CRP from last tax season, do I just add it as normal, as well as my CRP from this tax season?

No.   You cannot put 2023 "stuff" on a 2024 tax return.   Only your 2024 CRP can be entered on a 2024 tax return.   You can try amending your 2023 return to add it for 2023.   Only 2024 information goes on a 2024 return---you cannot use your 2024 return to fix 2023 mistakes.
