If I switched from a Sole Proprietorship to a single member llc mid year last year, is there anything I should do for my taxes this year?

I'm in the state of Maryland. And I use the same EIN from when I was a sole proprietorship to llc.

No. You are still filing a Schedule C as you normally did. While this doesn't apply to you, it may in the future.
