If I am self employed with no employees, do I qualify to receive a small business health insurance credit

My wife is a realtor and receives a 1099, does she qualify to receive a small business health insurance credit

No, in order to get the small business health insurance credit you would need to have employees.

However, being self-employed you do qualify for the self-employed health insurance deduction. This reduces your AGI, in turn, reducing your taxable income. This is entered in the expense section of the self-employed area in TurboTax.
