If I am a sole proprietor LLC, do I need to file a Schedule C or a 1065 form?

If I am a sole proprietor LLC, do I need to file a Schedule C or a 1065 form? I have no profits this first year, but do have losses.

If you are a single member LLC (sole proprietor) you would file your business income and expenses on Schedule C.  You do not need to file a Form 1065.
