I would like to know if I’m filing a schedule C and form 568 for my business. Are both the 1099-NEC and my LLC on the schedule C or is there Two schedule C being filed

If you have a single member LLC and then received a 1099-NEC for another business or non employee role, then you would have two Schedule C's.

Each business would have their income and expenses listed on their own return.  If the 1099-NEC is for work through the LLC, then you should only have one Schedule C.

You would have to  look to see if the form 568 was generated. If you are using the download version, you can select forms mode to see.

If you are using the online version, and have not paid yet, you can see this in the delete a form section. Do not delete the form, but you can see if it is there.  If you have paid, you can see the form in the print preview mode

  1. From the left rail menu in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools (You may have to scroll down on the left rail menu.)
  2. On the drop-down select Tools
  3. On the Pop-Up menu titled “Tools Center,” select Delete a Form
  4. This will show all of the forms in your return
  5. Scroll down to the form you want to delete
  6. Select the Form
  7. Click on Delete.

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
