So this happen to me also. Most likely you accidentally checked the Statutory worker box in the wages part of your file. You should sign in from a pc or desktop. Dont use your phone to correct this. Go from the beginning of your application, it should be around the wages portion. Go through it and when you find it uncheck the box. Hope this helped.
