I used the Standard Deduction in 2018. How can I obtain Schedule A to confirm my entries?

I want to see if all details were included on Schedule A, even though it was not used.

You can request this documentation from:

  • Your doctor;
  • A licensed medical professional;
  • A licensed rehabilitation professional; or
  • Any federal, state, District of Columbia, or US territory agency that issues or provides disability benefits.
