I am assuming your children were under the age of 17 and they were listed on your tax return, right? (children over 16 are not eligible for the $500)
The IRS is to send you a letter within 15 days of you receiving the stimulus. suggest waiting on that letter and see what is says if you want to dispute the amount of stimulus you received.
I also didn't recieve my 2 dependents ages 10 and 12 just wondering why I'm a single mom disabled with 2 kids.
If we didnt get our dependents pay could it be fixed once we get the letter cause i entered there information on time.
A29. If you did not receive the full amount to which you believe you are entitled, you will be able to claim the additional amount when you file your 2020 tax return. This is particularly important for individuals who may be entitled to the additional $500 per qualifying child dependent payments. For VA and SSI recipients who don’t have a filing requirement and have a child, they need to use the Non-Filers tool on IRS.gov by May 5 in order to have the $500 added automatically to their $1,200 Economic Impact payment.
