I received a federal schedule k-1 and there is an Alabama schedule k1 form 65 with it. Do I need to file the Alabama k1 besides federal k1?

You should only enter the federal K-1 schedule in TurboTax. You may need the amounts listed on the Alabama Form 65 K-1 schedule to answer some of the questions in the Alabama section of TurboTax.
