I need a profit and loss statement for a mortgage because I filed a Schedule C on my taxes. Any suggestions on how to quickly do one to match totals from tax form?

I'm a contracted truck driver - paid with a 1099

A P&L statement pretty much mirrors a Schedule C. You can download one from the internet and just fill it in.
