No.  Intuit doesn't prepare the 990 forms.  Better find a local accountant or EA.  

I can fill out the forms and previously submitted paper forms, now the IRS won;t accept paper and I need a filer to send the forms electronicallyl

Either way they won't do it for you.  They can only efile the forms if you use them to prepare it and they don't handle 990 or 709,  sorry.  They are only a DIY program provider.
