I'm wondering if I need to file a form 1065 for an llc partnership that was never utilized? We have had 0 expenses and 0 income. Likewise, do we need to do a k1 form?

No, you are not required to file a form 1065 (partnership return) for your LLC if it had no income and no expense in 2018. No form 1065, so no K-1s.

Please see this IRS document for more information:

Thank you so much. The partnership didn't have any US income in 2019, but it have some expense during the year. in that case, do I need to file form 1065?
