I just started my business in February and I'm a single owner LLC with zero employees its just me and I was curious if I have to file a irs form 941 or not?

You are not an employee.

As a single-member LLC with no employees you will pay self-employment tax, on your Schedule C net profit, that is computed on Schedule SE as part of your Form 1040. 

 

You would not file a Form 941.
