Yes alot of people are having the issue. This site has proved no help for me. they keep giving cut and dry answers. like contact the IRS, use the IRS portal but reality check IRS has the phones disabled so you cant call them and the get my payment portal? keeps telling me and thousands that it cant determine eligibility. All due to the temporary account that Turbotax sets up to collect our refunds in before depositing them.
