I have membership expenses with my Schedule C business, where do I enter those expenses?

This is a multi-level business I joined in 1996 and still receive commissions.  Does Turbo Tax have a place to enter costs so I can deduct those?

Yes, you can enter your business expenses and income for your multi-level business into TurboTax.  In TurboTax online, self-employment income and expenses are entered from the Your income and expenses screen.  Scroll down to Self-Employment and begin to enter your information.

If you are using TurboTax CD/download, the process is similar.  From the Wages & Income tab, scroll down to Business Items and select Business Income and Expenses (Sch C).

In the SCH C business expenses, common business expenses section, there's a sub-section specifically for "Legal and Professional Fees". That's where you would enter membership fees to whatever organization your business is a member of or participant in.
