I have expenses related to a Schedule K-1 that was provided by the partnership, where do I enter them?

Expenses such as mileage, office supplies, computers, and other things I paid for but was not reimbursed by the company for.

So I would have to enter another K-1? The accountant for the company already provided a K-1 but it does not include all of my expenses or costs. These are what I am trying to enter. Hope that helps. - Thanks!

During the entry questions for your K-1 you should come across a page titled "Describe the Partnership" with several check boxes and options listed on the page.  There may be two screens with this title so I have included a screen shot of the page you need.

Put a check in the first box that says "I am required to pay supplemental business expenses on behalf of this partnership/LLC for which I am not reimbursed."  This will get you to the entry screens for your out of pocket expenses.  Vehicle expenses, assets, and other common expenses are listed.  The home office deduciton is not separately listed though.  If you have home office expenses you can enter them on the "Miscellaneous Supplemental Expenses" page that allows you to enter a description and amount.  At the bottom of this page is a link "How do I enter Home Office Expenses for my partnership?" with directions on how to calculate and enter the expenses.

I understand that you're asking about unreimbursed partner expenses. I will give you an updated answer soon.

I don't see the Describe the Partnership but I think that is because I am entering information for an S corp and the form 1120S.
