I have an S corp. I have an IRS Section 105 for medical. Where do I report the expenses? On corp or personal tax return?

Health benefits that are paid by the corporation (either directly or by reimbursement) are added to Box 1 of your W-2.  The corporation then deducts that as Wages.

If you qualify, you may be able to use the Self Employed Health Insurance deduction on your personal tax return.  When you enter your K-1 into your personal tax return, look for the box that asks about health insurance.
