I have a shop where I do my laser engraving business located behind my house. All the utilities from the house connect to this shop. How do I deduct utilities for shop

You can deduct a portion of the utilities for the whole house as business expenses. 

The business portion can be estimated using any reasonable method of apportionment (for example by square footage).
