I have a K1 worksheet that is not yet supported, are you working on update your software?

I am waiting for a response on the same issue. I have tried calling to speak with representative, I am transferred to another line where I hear a message stating wait time is 10 to 15 minutes then another message comes on stating I will be called. I have tried this numerous times and never have I been called. I am thinking of going to different tax preparation product and getting money back from Turbo Tax

yes the online version. updated on the 02/20 but still have the same issues. they gave me a cpa with 35 years experience and he couldn't figure this one out!!!!

Same here! Very annoyed.  This supposedly was updated on the release for 2/20 after a hour on the line yesterday they said it probably won't take effect until today in the software but no dice.
