I have 2 entries for Box 12 on my W-2. One entry is D 22, the other is D. I cannot enter the 22 in the box, therefore, I am getting error messages.

You should be able to enter both entries for Box 12 on your W-2, click the "Add another box 12 item" link under Box 12 Code. 

The 22 is for the year.  Either leave off the D22 entry or add it to the regular D code.
