I had my own business in 2018, the llc was dissolved but my state tax's keep asking for my rk-1 information. This information does not exist. Help?

This should keep you from getting state questions about your business. 

Yes I have already done that.  It does remove it from my federal but still gives me the same questions in the state.  I have refreshed and logged out and back in after doing just that and still state keeps returning me to a rk-1 worksheet.  Do I need to delete it all and start over?

 

You could try Deleting just your State and starting it over again.
