I had investment in PPT and sold last year in march, I have received 1099-div and 1099-b.but, i also receive schedule K1(1065). do I have to report all?

Yes,  The 1099-DIV is for dividends received that were not included in the PPT.  The 1099-B is for the sale of the PPT.  The K-1 is for what happened while you still owned the PPT.
