I got a position with a raise at my job that only lasted a couple of months then I was removed from that position. Do I still put that I got a raise?

No, you do not have to put that you got a raise when you file your tax return.

Your income reported to you on your Form W-2 includes all your wages and income from your employer.  This includes the raise from the position that you only held for a few months.
