I don't want to claim the General Business Credit and need to get rid of the connection to form 3800. What do I delete?

Please review Form 3800 (IRS website link) to see if any line items may apply to your tax situation. Here are some common credits that appear on Form 3800:

  • Energy Efficient Home improvements
  • Clean Vehicle Credits
  • Clean Electricity Production
  • Small Employer Health Insurance Premiums
  • Carryforward from prior tax years.

 

If any of these looks familiar, return to that section of TurboTax and delete any entries you made in error. Or change your answer to related questions.
