I don’t see my deduction on the CA K1 line 13e. So do I input that deduction again in CA K1 even its the same amount and already entered in federal portion of the K1?

The line 13e deduction on CA K1 is composed of keogh, 401k and health insurance

No, because the Keough, 401k and Health Insurance are adjustments to income on the federal tax return, and California uses the federal adjusted gross income as the starting point of the California state return, you do not want to enter the information again (it will not affect your state return separately).
