Why don't you need it?  How did you get it?

You'll have to delete whatever you entered to generate it.

What could I have entered to generate it? I only went through the normal processes and saw nothing about Schedule 3 or form 1040. I can't seem to find anything out of place. My taxes are ready to file with the exception that turbo tax wants me to pay because of this schedule 3 deal

You can preview your Schedule 3 within TurboTax by taking the following steps

1.) On the left-hand side of your screen, click Tax Tools

2.) Click Tools

3.) On the window that pops up, click View Tax Summary

4.) On the left-hand side of your screen, click Preview My 1040

If you scroll down towards the bottom you will see a section labeled Schedule 3. Are there any values here?

If you started entering information for the Child and Dependent Care Credit, this can sometimes cause this issue. If you click on Tax Tools -> Tools -> Delete a Form, do you have Form 2441 included with your Federal forms?

If so, and you are not claiming any child and dependent care expenses, you can delete this information from TurboTax using the FAQ below:

If this is not the case, please provide additional details below.
