I do not have a small business! Why should I need to fill out a 8941-T form?

I have been retired since 1999!  Why should I suddenly need to fill out a 8941-T form?

Delete the Form 8941

 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Also, see if there is a Schedule C listed and if so delete it
