I do not have a business yet they keep not passing my error review because they want information on my business and I can not delete my schedule C

Did you get a 1099Misc for something?  That is usually self employment independent contractor income and goes on Schedule C.  You don't need an official business set up.  You yourself are the business.  Use your own info.
