I dissolved my S-Corp on June 06, 2025, and based on ChatGPT and online search, I have to file the final business taxes (Form 1120-S) by the 15th day of the third month.

I must file the last Form 1120-S by the 15th day of the third month following the business's dissolution. Am I right?
