I didn’t get my stimulus direct deposited because i used Turbo Tax

They claim they don’t have my direct deposit information

If you filed a tax return in 2018 or 2019, you will be "on the list" to get a stimulus payment.  But, unless you had a refund deposited to your bank account or Turbo card, you aren't on the list for direct deposit to your bank account.

 

Use the Get my Payment button at this link to provide the IRS with your banking information to get a direct deposit.

I got my refund on the turbo card it said it didn’t have my information so I my information in to add a new card but it said it was wrong and then locked me out is there anything else I can do

I filed my taxes through turbo tax,but the federal taxes were being held up cause of the market place. So I sent them the copies they needed at the end of March and I'm still waiting told it could be 6-8 weeks before a decision made. My question now is does the IRS still direct deposit that stimulus money on the turbo tax card ?

Yes, it will deposit the money on the Turbo Tax card.

The irs has the direct deposit info. Or numbers already 2 direct deposit on my turbo tax card?

  • I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

 

  • I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

I filed my taxes with turbo tax,e-file,I'm not sure if the irs has the direct deposit info. As I filed and had 2 wait 4 the card in the mail.Now,I'm wondering if that stimulus money will b directly deposited on the card or will I b recieving a paper check? And is it 2 late 2 send the irs the direct deposit info. And if not how would I go about getting the irs this Info.?
