I completed my taxes and e-filed, but now I noticed it is missing my schedule 3 with my quarterly estimates. What happened to my schedule 3?

Federal estimated taxes paid are not entered on Schedule 3.

Federal estimated taxes paid are entered on Form 1040 Line 26

I noticed the same thing. I looked over my 2019 and it had a Schedule 3. It must be a change for this year.
