I cannot file my PA taxes because I cannot remove a schedule EU?

To delete a form, select "Tax Tools" from the left-menu, then select "Tools". From the modal, please select "Delete a Form" from here you will see all tax forms on your return and be able to delete the EU.

I do not see tax tools anywhere

Login to your account from <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.turbotax.com">www.turbotax.com</a>, after logging in you should then see a screen that says "Take me to my return". Click on that link, then you will be in TurboTax and will see the Tax Tools option on the left side of the screen.
