I can't figure out how to file info from our Profit Sharing Plan

We received a 1099-R for a profit sharing plan from my husband's work. We started to enter it into Turbo Tax but we got stuck when trying to select "what type of plan it is"

Profit Sharing plans are often considered 401-Ks, so I would select that it is a 401-K. 

To be safe, I would ask your husband's HR benefits person to be sure.
