I am using the turbo tax self employed program to file 1099misc. Do I choose my business entity type as partnership/llc or sole proprietor? I am a single member llc.

I am a single member llc using the self employed turbo tax software. I am currently creating 1099 misc forms and it is asking what my business entity is. Do I choose partnership/llc  OR do I choose that I am a sole proprietor? There is also an option to choose "other."

Sole Proprietor. If you are a single member, then there is no partner. You would have had to take additional steps to form a formal business such as a Corporation.
