I am trying to claim my stimulus payments from 2020 how do I do that what forms need to be filled out please help me

It’s too late. May 17 was your last chance to file 2020 returns and claim your refund, which could include missed pandemic relief. 

Sorry, you had to file a 2020 tax return or a 2022 amended return for tax refund on or before May 17, 2024.  So the stimulus payment for 2020 using the Recovery Rebate Credit on the 2020 tax return can no longer be paid.
