I am filing Turbo Tax, with schedule C, Self Employed for $90. I have an LLC with an S corp. Do I need to buy Turbo Tax Business separately? It costs $159.00.

Yes. The Business program is used for Estates, Corporation and Partnerships. If your LLC is taxed as a corporation, you can't file it on Schedule C. Have you actually made the election to treat it as such?

For your personal return, you would need a program such as Deluxe, Premier or Self-employed.

Thank you for your answer. My business is not taxed as a Corporation because I am an S-corp, which means I need to file a 11209-S and a K-1.  I'm kind of like a hybrid; my income is reported on Schedule C. The Business program includes the two forms I need, however, $150 seems a lot to pay for two forms, so I was wondering what the benefit might be.

An S-Corp is not a hybrid. It is a Corporation. You file Form 1120S. You will need the Business program.
