I am a Federal Work Study employee. My W-2 pdf doesn't show me as a "Statutory employee" but the box was checked when the upload populated. Am I a statutory employee?

No.  Sounds like an upload error.  There are three categories of statutory nonemployees: direct sellers, licensed real estate agents and certain companion sitters

 

If you do not fall into any of the mentioned categories, I suggest removing the checkmark from the W-2, if possible or just manually entering the W-2 without it.
