I am a consultant for a company and received a 109 MISC. In the TT review, it keeps prompting me to add info as if I was the business owner. Not sure how to change this.

As a consultant for that company, you are considered as self-employed. You are operating a business as consultant and the business that TurboTax is referring to is your own business, not the company using your services. You should answer that the business is Consultancy and that the address is your personal address. You do not have an EIN as you do not need one.
