How should I answer how my "describe s corporation disposal" if I dissolved a solo shareholder S corp with no property, 0$ for one stock and no remaining equity

The S corp was for lab consult business with no property and single income from a sole vendor. I just distributed remaining balance to sole shareholder and dissolved. Simple S corp.

You would describe the dissolution as Dissolution of a S-Corp without liabilities. Only asset was cash which was distributed to sole shareholder.
