How is the entry for line 9 in schedule C calculated?

The IRS's standard mileage rate <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/standard-mileage-rates">https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/standard-mileage-rates</a>

Unfortunately the amount in line 9 did not reconcile with the mileage that stated in Part IV, hence my question; might some other number have been added, by turbotax, to line 9

Sch C line 9 comes from the sum of the Car and Truck Expenses Worksheets, line 31. Which is the greater of the standard mileage method or actual expenses (gas, repairs, etc.), plus things like parking fees, tolls, etc.
