How do I split one 1099 NEC form to two different types business income

Hi, I have two small business and both have income last year but only received one 1099 NEC form. The total amount is correct.

I need to split them to two business.

Should I type the same form twice or adjust the amount to actual value?

Thanks

Yes, enter 2 forms that add up to the amount on your form.  Use the same payer information, just change the amounts, but make sure they add up to the amount of your form.   Example: if you have one form with $10K on it >>  enter 2 forms with $5k each.   Then link the 1099s to their respective Schedule C.
