That sounds more like a web browser issue if you are using the online editions.

If that does not solve the problem, change your web browser to one of these that you are not using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2023 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
There is only one other post in the user forum under your username sgraham0031, and you received a reply to it within about fifteen minutes.
TurboTax accounts cannot be deleted. If you want to clear out your data and abandon the account you can do that.
