How do I erase an erroneous entry on the 1040 Schedule B part II?

I only entered two 1099-divs in the Ordinary dividends section but the final 1040 shows three...how can I erase the entry?

You can delete your extra 1099-B in TurboTax by following these steps:

  1. While in your Tax Home,
  2. Select Search in the top right side of your screen,
  3. Enter 1099-DIV,
  4. Select Jump to 1099-DIV,
  5. Select the Trash Can next to the 1099 DIV you which to delete.

That's the problem, the erroneous entry is only on the final 1040 Schedule B part II when I review immediately before filing. I have an active Case # under investigation but I can't get a response or a status on the case and it's been 3 days. Any ideas on the process for inquiring about an open Case #?

Thanks for the response.

What is the "erroneous entry" that is showing up on your Schedule B?
