How do i enter year adoption was final if box is greyed out after clicking yes?

What is the question that you are clicking Yes to?  

Is adoption final?

Supposed to check yes or no. Next line ask what year it was final.

There may be a problem with your web browser.  Do this in Chrome and clear out cache and cookies first.

You should see the screen asking when the process began and then the next screen will ask when the adoption was finalized.  This is from the 2020 online version.
