How do I enter a negative number on Line 4 on Form 6198?

Turbo Tax defaults my entry to a positive number and then advises that the number should be negative.

That entry is typically for investment interest or adjustments associated with at-risk loss limitations for a business entity. It would likely come from a K-1 entry. If you are using the desktop TurboTax, you can go directly to that form and change the number. Otherwise, you need to find the amount on your Schedule K-1 entry and make sure you enter it correctly as a positive or negative number.
