How do I automatically import my business expenses?

For my 2023 tax return, I was able to easily import and log all my business expenses by linking my TurboTax account with my bank accounts and credit cards (CapitalOne, American Express, etc.), where I could also categorize transactions as either business, personal, or split. However, this year, I do not see the option anywhere to do this -- it seems as though the platform is requiring me to log every expense manually, which is a huge pain. I need to go by category and type out each expense and the cost. I did find the TurboTax Expense Monitor which brings up a nearly identical interface to when I logged my business taxes last year. However, though the site says that I can import my expenses from this tool, TurboTax goes not give me the option to do so, and I am honestly at a loss here. What are my options?

I ended up removing my business and re-adding it and it worked! You might need to do the same. I called their customer service and they said that there are sometimes issues when rolling over from year to year.

Will try this.. coz its a pain to manually add the expenses and its easy to make mistakes.

There is a way to connect your Bank Account to import expenses, under the Business Expenses page in TurboTax Online.   In TurboTax Desktop, you can import from a .txf file.

This is not working now any other way instead of having to delete and re input your business?
