How do I access Schedule 1 to make manual entries to line 8j (activity not for profit to explain 1099-NEC)

Premium On Line does not allow revisions directly to IRS forms

You cannot make changes directly on the forms in TurboTax online.  You would need the desktop version.  NOTE: If you make changes directly to the forms, you cannot e-file.
