Turbotax claimed my 2nd amended return had been accepted, yet FTB did not receive them. I was told if I knew the DCN number I can request FTB to search for my return. Please tell me how I can deduce my DCN number.
I have been using TurboTax since 2014 w/o problems. Now that I need to amend my CA taxes, I ran into lots of problems. a) Turbotax no longer supports Desktop versions on and before 2019. b) my 2022 CA tax that I needed to amend for the second time is failing electronic submissions, despite turbotax claiming my amended returns were accepted. -Original and 1st amended returns had worked, they got e-filed, FTB had received them timely.-
